What you will do

• Author project plans, charters, Statements of Work, and Risk Mitigation plans using Smartsheet and Atlassian.
• Manage project change orders, contract administration, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Handle monthly budget reconciliations, expense tracking, and invoicing.
• Architect and deliver sustainable, scalable project solutions in collaboration with senior managers and product architects.
• Provide technical scope and cost estimates for project proposals.
• Develop expertise in hirify.global digital technologies to support client training and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of technology-related experience in water/wastewater utility consulting or operations management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Atlassian tools.
• Experience with simulation software (EPA-SWMM), geospatial data management (ESRI), or SCADA/cloud-based platform deployments.
• Proven track record of managing diverse teams and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time.
