What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead the delivery of major transportation engineering projects for Owner’s Engineer or Design Teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and intermediate staff.
• Evaluate RFP opportunities and lead proposal efforts for large multidisciplinary projects.
• Drive business development and build strategic relationships with existing and new clients.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and the implementation of quantity management systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical experience in transportation engineering or project management within a civil engineering environment.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a personal vehicle.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in alternate delivery methods such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or Alliance.
• Strong background in client management and conflict resolution within a professional consulting environment.
• P.Eng registration is preferred.
