What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end technical enablement programs, including onboarding, workshops, and certification tracks.
• Translate complex technical content into structured learning flows, assessments, and playbooks.
• Lead onboarding for new field engineering hires to ensure rapid and confident ramp-up.
• Partner with product, engineering, and Graph Academy teams to ensure curriculum relevance and accuracy.
• Define and track KPIs such as time-to-proficiency, certification pass rates, and program impact.
• Facilitate training sessions and stress-test curriculum against real-world field practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, training, or curriculum development.
• Proven ability to design and iterate multi-persona technical programs.
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage overlapping initiatives.
• Experience with LMS, authoring tools, and knowledge management platforms like Confluence or SharePoint.
• Must be based in the United States with a preference for the Eastern Time Zone.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and reporting to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience managing certification or accreditation programs.
• Previous field experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or professional services.
• Background in adult learning theory and instructional design.
