What you will do

• Lead full-stack technical strategy and architecture across frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team to ensure talent growth and sustained impact.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to define product vision, features, and roadmaps.
• Partner with QA, regulatory specialists, and stakeholders to ensure consistent, on-time execution of project plans.
• Manage deployment planning and production support, including incident response and root cause analysis.
• Continuously improve development processes, methodologies, and tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering production-critical software.
• Experience developing Angular web applications and Java web services.
• Must be based in the US.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Experience working in a regulated medical device environment.
• Knowledge of HL7 order and result integration.
