What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and coding standards.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and allocate resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and technology adoption.
  • Establish strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages and technologies.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS cloud computing platforms.
  • Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Professional certifications in relevant technologies or domains.
