Salary: $175,200 - $262,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead the bedside monitor software organization, including internal engineers and external software vendors.
• Own multi-year product capability and release roadmaps, ensuring planning and execution within budgets.
• Directly manage a team of 5–8 engineers, focusing on performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Oversee complex programs including OS kernel upgrades, redesigned software capabilities, and new test automation frameworks.
• Drive initiatives to address hardware/software obsolescence while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Security, Systems, and Quality to ensure product continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of technical work experience.
• Alternatively, an advanced STEM degree with 5 years of technical and 5 years of managerial experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in Med-Tech or as an embedded software leader/developer.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed software development teams.
• Familiarity with design controls, quality system regulations, and CAPA processes.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
