What you will do

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts, focusing on lead quality and funnel conversion.
• Run quarterly diagnostic reviews to identify growth constraints across business, audience, and messaging.
• Work directly with client sales teams to align marketing strategy with lead-to-close requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including paid search, social, SEO, and creative.
• Coach and provide direct feedback to analysts and specialists.
• Manage client retention, renewals, and MRR growth through multi-threaded relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in lead gen or consumer services marketing (agency or in-house).
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Deep understanding of lead funnel economics (CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, LTV).
• Experience aligning marketing strategy with sales team requirements.
• Strong background in paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures.
• Familiarity with local SEO, GMB, and review strategies.
