Digital Marketing Account Manager (Local SEO)

Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Honduras; availability during U.S. business hours required

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking a digital marketing professional to manage local search performance and client accounts.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client locations.
• Execute Local SEO improvements involving citations, NAP consistency, reviews, reputation signals, and profile accuracy.
• Independently manage approximately 15–20 client accounts from execution through reporting and communication.
• Lead monthly client meetings, explain results, and recommend next steps.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze marketing data, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor retention risks, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal account teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
• Strong Local SEO knowledge, including local ranking factors, citations, NAP consistency, review strategies, and local search optimization.
• Client-facing account management experience and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Professional spoken and written English and availability during U.S. business hours required.

Nice to have

• Digital marketing agency or white-label marketing experience.
• Experience with storage, parking, local-service, or multi-location businesses.
• Experience presenting monthly reports and identifying retention or upsell opportunities.
• Familiarity with Local SEO reporting and analytics platforms.
