Registered Nurse

Location: US - Remote; required working hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

What you will do

• Provide concierge-level clinical care and communicate with members about medical histories and imaging results.
• Maintain and update accurate medical records.
• Coordinate with radiology partners to obtain results and request additional information.
• Support member-care administration and clinical team workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for existing and upcoming products.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and clinical research teams.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse qualification.
• Compact or multi-state nursing license (NLC/MSL) required.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of examination methodologies and imaging diagnostics.
• Experience providing synchronous and asynchronous patient care through telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication, listening, teamwork, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Experience conducting clinical research with collected healthcare data.
