Cardiology Patient Navigator (Healthcare)

Location: Remote · Global; Conditions: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Must work consistently during US business hours, Central Time (CT).

Salary: USD 5–7 per hour

What you will do

• Manage patient scheduling, reminders, follow-up workflows, and telephonic outreach.
• Support cardiology care pathways, including CHF management protocols and next-step coordination.
• Track testing schedules, appointments, and remote patient monitoring workflows for a caseload of 150+ patients.
• Coordinate with providers to maintain continuity of care and escalate clinical concerns within scope.
• Maintain clinical documentation, support billing and insurance coordination, and follow HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Clinical healthcare background as a CNA, MA, RN, or equivalent credential.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical office settings.
• Experience in care coordination or care management, preferably in telephonic or remote settings.
• B2+ English proficiency, assessed during screening.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and strong patient-centered written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work US business hours in Central Time consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience in cardiology, med-surg, ICU, cardiac step-down, CCU, home health, outpatient cardiology, or telemedicine.
• Exposure to remote patient monitoring, CCM, utilization review, medical billing, or prior authorization.
• Prior experience working as a contractor or in startup or evolving environments.
