Flex Associate Health Coach (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Current and foreseeable future residence must be in an eligible Tier 3 or Tier 4 state. Services must be delivered from a private, professional space with reliable internet. Working hours are 7am–9pm PST, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: $19.27–$31.96 per hour, depending on the assigned state tier, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver goal-driven coaching through telehealth video visits focused on behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Use personalized in-app messaging to reinforce progress and maintain continuity between sessions.
• Leverage the hirify.global platform and digital tools to support member health goals at scale.
• Collaborate with the care team, respond to clinician referrals, document video visits, and complete clinical escalations.
• Build rapport with members and support accountability, engagement, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Identify member trends and share feedback with Product and Clinical Operations teams.

Requirements

• NBHWC Board Certification and professional health coach training from an NBHWC-accredited program.
• At least 2 years of health coaching experience, including experience with large caseloads.
• Experience with behavior change or chronic disease management, such as MSK, GI, diabetes, weight loss and nutrition, or mental health.
• Must reside and provide telehealth services from within the United States and an eligible Tier 3 or Tier 4 state.
• Must be available during designated hours from 7am–9pm PST, including evenings and weekends.
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, technology aptitude, adaptability, and ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs using professional judgment.

Nice to have

• Additional certification in orthopedics, pain science, women's health, or a related specialty.
• Medical fluency in Spanish, written and verbal.
