Health Coach (AI)

Location: Remote, USA; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

hirify.global is a digital health company using AI Digital Twin technology, continuous health data, and clinical care teams to improve metabolic health and help members prevent or reverse chronic diseases.

What you will do

• Onboard, activate, and support members through structured coaching experiences focused on health goals and self-efficacy.
• Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute video or phone coaching sessions using motivational interviewing, behavior-change techniques, and AI-generated priorities.
• Review glucose, weight, sleep, movement, nutrition-adherence, and app-engagement data to guide member conversations.
• Complete daily AI-assisted member rounding, progress notes, and chats within 24 business hours.
• Follow standardized operating procedures, documentation requirements, and clinical escalation pathways while collaborating with coaches, nurses, providers, and operations teams.
• Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload, provide coverage when needed, and adapt to changing tools, protocols, and shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in metabolic health coaching or a dietitian setting.
• Experience combining motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed guidance.
• Ability to navigate member applications, AI systems, internal dashboards, and other complex technology.
• Comfort managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload within fixed session times and standardized SOPs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, de-escalation, time-management, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity, or other cardiometabolic conditions.
• Experience in a high-growth environment or startup.
• Prior experience delivering back-to-back video coaching sessions or maintaining an uncapped caseload.
• Experience in a W-2 employee-model coaching or clinical role.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, EHR systems, or similar tools.
