What you will do

• Analyze complex personal and business financial records to identify kickbacks, money flows, and assets.
• Calculate ability-to-pay settlements and judgments using financial ratios and debt covenant analysis.
• Develop computerized models to present financial evidence in litigation.
• Quantify financial damages and conduct records reconstruction.
• Communicate findings to attorneys and investigators and testify as required.
• Review defense presentations and expert reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, or health care fraud analysis.
• Demonstrated understanding of the rules of evidence and civil procedures.
• Ability to support criminal and civil investigations through rigorous data analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
• Experience preparing expert reports and trial preparation.
