What you will do

• Manage day-to-day planning and execution of multiple client audit engagements.
• Supervise and mentor associate-level professionals, providing regular feedback and career guidance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit strategies from initial planning to final reporting.
• Communicate and resolve complex accounting issues directly with clients and engagement managers.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Draft financial statements and present audit findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting across industries like technology, life sciences, or manufacturing.
• CPA certification or in-progress status preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing audit engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
