What you will do

• Plan and execute multiple client audit engagements throughout the year.
• Supervise associate-level professionals and delegate engagement responsibilities.
• Develop and execute audit strategy from planning through reporting.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures; draft financials and audit findings.
• Communicate and resolve audit issues with support from the engagement manager.
• Develop, motivate, and mentor associates while maintaining client relationships and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA or actively in the process of obtaining the CPA.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience across multiple industries (SEC experience preferred).
• Experience auditing complex accounts (e.g., inventory, revenue, equity/stock options).
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisor experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize information and produce clear, actionable deliverables.
