What you will do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for reactivating lapsed users and converting new leads via email, push, in-app, and SMS.
  • Analyze customer behavior and cohort data to identify drivers of churn and growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap across messaging, incentives, and channel mix.
  • Launch and scale lifecycle campaigns from ideation through execution using Braze and in-house tools.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to improve reactivation and lead-to-activation rates.
  • Define lifecycle KPIs and share actionable insights and forecasts with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or a data-driven marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in designing testing strategies and running A/B tests.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs independently.
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for self-serve data pulls.
  • Familiarity with Braze or comparable lifecycle service providers.
