What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for reactivating lapsed users and converting new leads via email, push, in-app, and SMS.
- Analyze customer behavior and cohort data to identify drivers of churn and growth opportunities.
- Build and manage an experimentation roadmap across messaging, incentives, and channel mix.
- Launch and scale lifecycle campaigns from ideation through execution using Braze and in-house tools.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to improve reactivation and lead-to-activation rates.
- Define lifecycle KPIs and share actionable insights and forecasts with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or a data-driven marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in designing testing strategies and running A/B tests.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs independently.
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for self-serve data pulls.
- Familiarity with Braze or comparable lifecycle service providers.
