What you will do
- Drive end-to-end growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to acquire and convert new FanClub subscribers.
- Optimize the customer lifecycle to improve conversion, engagement, and retention via testing and personalization.
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs using email, push, and in-app notifications.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn to refine marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and CRM teams to align on business priorities and growth initiatives.
- Manage external partners and monitor emerging trends in subscription and membership marketing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience within a subscription or membership-based business model.
- Strong command of digital channels: paid media, email/CRM, SEO, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency with A/B testing and data tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
- Ability to work from the Orlando, FL office at least three days per week.
