What you will do
- Analyze lifecycle performance and user behavior to identify automation opportunities across onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Design, build, and optimize automated journeys in Braze using Canvas, segmentation, and Liquid logic.
- Develop reusable templates and scalable campaign structures to reduce manual work.
- Execute A/B tests across email, push, and in-app channels and translate results into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Data, Marketing, and Product teams to align lifecycle activity with growth priorities.
- Maintain strong QA processes for accurate segmentation, triggers, and personalization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation in a B2C environment.
- Hands-on experience building lifecycle journeys in Braze or a comparable CRM platform.
- Working knowledge of SQL for independent analysis of campaign performance.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests using statistical significance methodology.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, upsell, and retention.
- Proficiency with CRM data structures, including user attributes, events, and triggers.
