What you will do

  • Own Riders lifecycle communication strategy across 50+ countries, covering acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Build quarterly roadmaps, align stakeholders on priorities, and drive high-ROI execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Lifecycle Marketing Specialists (up to 10 people).
  • Oversee 10,000+ automated messages across copy, visuals, and targeting, improving performance and reachability.
  • Own the experimentation framework and product tracking plan for the vertical.
  • Provide clear analytical visibility into Riders Lifecycle performance for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a small to medium team (up to 10 people).
  • Background in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, ideally for large global audiences.
  • Strong project management skills delivering complex multi-market programs.
  • Data-driven approach with comfort in campaign analytics and understanding automation logic end-to-end.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze or Iterable (or similar).
