What you will do

• Own the experimentation roadmap for email marketing growth.
• Design and run A/B tests across subject lines, CTAs, content structure, and lifecycle messaging.
• Analyze email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
• Partner with email, growth, and product teams to implement tests and campaign changes.
• Maintain a clear backlog of experiments and document learnings to drive future strategy.
• Control the monetary impact of experiments on the company top line.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in growth and A/B test execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with experimentation in email or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Mixpanel, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
• Fluent English proficiency.
