What you will do
- Own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process and establish performance metrics like NRR, GRR, and churn.
- Build dashboards and frameworks to provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health and deal velocity.
- Develop scalable frameworks to identify at-risk renewals and define escalation paths for field risk signals.
- Lead annual and in-year territory planning for KAM and CSM teams using segmentation and whitespace analysis.
- Partner with Sales and CS leadership to provide analytical rigor for QBRs, pipeline reviews, and operating plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Enablement, and HR to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Operations.
- Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
- Deep expertise in retention and expansion metrics (NRR, GRR, churn) within a B2B SaaS business.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM configuration for renewal motions.
- Strong background in territory design, forecasting methodology, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics; MBA is a plus.
