What you will do

• Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ admin, executing system changes and configuration updates.
• Own and evolve the Revenue Operations dashboard to surface insights on pipeline, bookings, and net ARR.
• Build recurring and ad-hoc ARR forecasts and performance reports for the CFO and CRO.
• Partner with the Deal Desk to streamline quote processing, CPQ configurations, and sales order accuracy.
• Triage GTM systems requests and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Salesforce administration within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Admin Certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and quoting workflows.
• Proficiency with GTM tool stack, including ZoomInfo, Marketo, Zendesk, and RingLead.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist certification.
• Exposure to backend development (e.g., Apex), workflow automation, or scripting for Salesforce.
