Compensation: $145,500 – $235,400 (based on geographic zones)

What you will do

• Design the end-to-end trial and activation experience, from signup through SDK integration to paid conversion.
• Analyze funnel data, customer feedback, and sales calls to identify drop-offs and structural design issues.
• Run rapid design experiments with defined hypotheses and target metrics to optimize activation.
• Develop the UX for agentic onboarding, integrating with AI coding agents and MCP interfaces.
• Improve discoverability of advanced features like experiments and guarded releases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to shape the roadmap based on evidence and activation opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products with a proven impact on activation, conversion, or retention.
• Growth design experience in B2B software, specifically within PLG, freemium, or self-serve developer tools.
• Ability to define success metrics, run end-to-end experiments, and iterate based on data.
• Experience designing for developer-centric workflows such as CLI, SDK setup, and API credential management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present evidence-based design decisions to leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country.

• Familiarity with AI agent interfaces (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude workflows).
