What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the customer lifecycle to improve conversion and retention.
• Design growth loops, referral mechanics, and pricing surfaces that compound marketplace usage.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct lightweight user research, including interviews and usability tests, to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure accurate and high-velocity implementation.
• Use funnel analytics and A/B testing to validate design iterations and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in UX/UI.
• Proven experience designing for complex, data-dense, or catalogue-heavy products like marketplaces or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with component-based design systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Boston regularly.
• English proficiency required.

• Experience designing growth surfaces and lifecycle flows.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation design.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools for prototyping or user testing.
