TL;DR

Systems Engineer (AI): Managing and optimizing the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and driving AI adoption with an accent on lifecycle management, automation, and platform reliability. Focus on deploying AI features like Slack AI and Google Gemini, building release pipelines, and ensuring secure, scalable operations across the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN; Birmingham, AL; or San Francisco, CA). Must be based in or able to commute to one of these office locations.

Salary: $70,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle management for critical SaaS tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by stress-testing and deploying features like Slack AI and Google Gemini.
  • Build and maintain automated release pipelines to streamline operations and enforce data governance.
  • Partner with security and engineering teams to replace redundant tooling and optimize infrastructure.
  • Serve as a tier-3 escalation point for complex platform issues.
  • Translate technical roadmaps into strategic long-term plans for enterprise tooling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software or systems engineering with a focus on scalable SaaS architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, and AI integration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SaaSops, Release Management, and RBAC.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Minneapolis, Birmingham, or San Francisco.
