What you will do

• Lead the D2D Systems analysis team and actively contribute to the technical development of advanced D2D SerDes IP.
• Define, model, and analyze high-performance microarchitecture, link budgets, and product specifications.
• Perform statistical and linear systems analysis to determine precise design specifications for circuit designers.
• Establish and provide critical guidelines regarding signal and power integrity to customers.
• Collaborate with the package design team to optimize in-package D2D link channel analysis.
• Generate comprehensive technical specifications, data sheets, and application notes.

Requirements

• PhD or M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a similar field.
• 10+ years of experience working with high-speed, high-performance SerDes and PHYs.
• Deep expertise in communication systems fundamentals and wireline communications.
• Strong mathematical proficiency in linear systems, including Fourier analysis and filter theory.
• Advanced coding skills for simulation and modeling using Matlab, Perl, and other scripting tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and group presentation skills for communicating with executives and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Die-to-Die (D2D) links and emerging standards such as UCIe.
• Familiarity with advanced technology nodes (7nm and below).
• Experience utilizing 3D electromagnetic simulation tools.
