What you will do

• Assemble and install electrical components, control panels, and sensors in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses and control systems according to quality and safety procedures.
• Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues and improve assembly procedures.
• Operate overhead cranes and handle materials to support production objectives.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test and work at heights.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain crane operator certification.
• Fluent English communication skills required for safety and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical systems.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System.
• Relevant electrical safety certifications.
