What you will do

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
• Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of electrical connectivity issues in coordination with PQA and Engineering.
• Operate overhead cranes and assist mechanical assembly operators as required.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing (industrial, automotive, or wind).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain crane operator certification.
• Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Fluent English proficiency to effectively communicate safety and job-related information.
