What you will do

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
• Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize electrical assembly procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot potential electrical connectivity issues.
• Operate overhead cranes and assist mechanical assembly operators as needed.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in West Branch, IA, US.
• High school diploma or GED and electrical certifications or technical training.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing (wind, industrial, or automotive).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Fluent English proficiency for safety communication and collaboration.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test and comfort working at heights.
