What you will do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on wind turbine generators and associated equipment.
• Conduct safety analyses and mitigate hazards before and during all site interventions.
• Assist in root cause analyses to diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and material usage in company systems.
• Read and interpret complex electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Support 24/7/365 operations, including rotating shifts, overtime, and on-call duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Ability to climb vertical ladders and work at heights above 300 feet daily.
• Must weigh 265 lbs or less to safely utilize climbing equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Ability to reach the wind farm within 45 minutes in case of emergency.
• Fluent English proficiency required for safety communication and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Certification or degree in wind, technical, or engineering field.
• Experience working with medium and high-voltage equipment.
