TL;DR

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 USD with up to a 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE training matrix for Construction, Service, Manufacturing, and Office roles.
  • Lead the implementation of technical safety training programs including GWO, Fall Protection, LOTO, and Electrical Safety.
  • Ensure all training materials align with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA 70E, CSA, and EPA regulations.
  • Oversee safety onboarding for new hires and contractors to maintain consistent organizational expectations.
  • Maintain accurate training records for internal and external audits.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and conduct field-based skills assessments to verify worker competency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Education.
  • 5–7 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years focused on training program development.
  • Experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, wind turbine service, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI Z359, NFPA 70E, and CSA Group standards.
  • Full valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
  • Fluent English proficiency for effective communication and collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GWO/IADC training programs.
  • Knowledge of incident investigation workflows and risk management concepts.
