What you will do

• Lead and inspire high-performing development teams to deliver innovative software products and services.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered punctually and meet quality standards.
• Execute SRE responsibilities, utilizing automated testing, QA checks, and meticulous code scans.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs and define INVEST-compliant user stories.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to increase technical diversity and professional growth.
• Align software development strategies with customer needs and evolving market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing high-performing teams using agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills in guiding teams to deliver solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Proficiency in project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the US (Dallas, TX).
