Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do
- Develop and manage project-specific EHS Plans aligned with Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
- Oversee prevention strategies and controls for high-risk activities such as electrical work and confined space operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and integrate risk assessments (HRAs) into project schedules.
- Investigate all incidents and near-misses to ensure thorough root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and coordinate with contractors and owners to verify policy compliance.
- Deliver safety orientations and maintain comprehensive training records for a diverse workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in construction or safety management.
- Proven experience working within data centers or mission critical facilities.
- 3+ years of senior-level safety or design management experience.
- Location: Must be based onsite in La Porte, IN.
Nice to have
- Foundational understanding of emergency action and crisis management plans.
- Familiarity with access control, fire prevention, ergonomics, and PPE standards.
- Experience with permit systems for hot work, critical lifts, and energy isolation.
- In-depth knowledge of EPA standards in addition to OSHA.
