Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do
- Develop, review, and manage project-specific EHS Plans aligned with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
- Oversee prevention strategies and controls for high-risk activities (working at heights, electrical work, confined space).
- Ensure risk assessments (including HRAs) are completed and integrated into schedules and planning.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits; document findings and corrective actions; oversee HRA controls.
- Investigate and report incidents, injuries, and near-misses; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and coordinate with contractors/subcontractors/Owner for compliance, orientations, training records, and job walks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in construction/safety management, preferably for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- 3+ years of senior-level safety management or design management experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with emergency action and crisis management plans, including conducting drills.
- Familiarity with standards for access control, barricades, fire prevention, ergonomics, housekeeping, sanitation, PPE, and substance abuse.
- Knowledge of permit systems for hot work, confined space, ground disturbance, critical lifts, energized electrical work, elevated work, ladders, and energy isolation.
- In-depth knowledge of EPA standards (OSHA plus).
