• Support internal wholesalers in meeting and exceeding sales goals for Core market 401k products.
• Interact with constituent advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors to deliver results and establish credibility.
• Manage a structured schedule to prioritize relationships and maximize interaction value.
• Process proposals and paperwork with high data management excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive communication and task ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
• FINRA 6 and 63 registrations required within corporate timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No CPT/OPT or visa sponsorship).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
