What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 12-15 Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads to build a robust pipeline for the Mid-Market segment.
• Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns involving cold calling and personalized outreach.
• Optimize scheduling and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Operationalize company strategy by developing targeted messaging and value propositions.
• Communicate performance, market intelligence, and challenges to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing BDR teams and driving pipeline growth.
• Deep expertise in digital selling and the lead lifecycle from identification to handoff.
• Strong domain expertise in CRM software.
• Ability to execute go-to-market and business development initiatives aligned with marketing.
• Experience in articulating persuasive value propositions for technology and service offerings.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Georgia.
