Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Remote-first; candidates must be based in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, or Slovenia

Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing through offer stage.
• Source diverse, high-quality candidates across EMEA, AMER, and APAC using multiple channels and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Advise hiring teams on recruiting best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Build scalable hiring processes and keep recruitment practices aligned with industry trends.

Requirements

• Based in one of the listed European countries.
• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup environment.
• Experience hiring for technical and go-to-market functions internationally across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment practices and AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and written and verbal English communication skills.
