Sr Recruiter/Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; focused on North American hiring

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions, levels, and North American hiring priorities.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and continuously refreshed pipelines for niche, critical, and high-volume roles.
• Advise hiring leaders on organization design, talent risks, succession, hiring decisions, and market conditions.
• Partner with the VP of Talent on senior leadership hiring and strategic talent initiatives.
• Lead the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding while improving recruitment processes and systems.
• Develop the employer brand and use AI tools to improve the efficiency and precision of talent strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruitment experience supporting business leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing complex, niche, and high-volume roles through proactive market-mapped pipelines.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect talent strategy to business priorities.
• Ability to influence leaders without formal authority using data, market insight, and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ownership, resilience, and speed in ambiguous environments.
