hirify.global is building an AI workforce for procurement and scaling its international team across Munich and New York.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, AI implementation, go-to-market, or the growing U.S. organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and develop search strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates while building diverse pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidates from initial outreach through offer, negotiation, and close.
• Build and improve interview processes, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and recruiting workflows.
• Track recruiting metrics, strengthen the employer brand, and manage external recruiting partners when needed.

Requirements

• Several years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing technology company, startup, or recruiting agency.
• Experience hiring across technical and commercial functions; senior or leadership search experience is advantageous.
• Strong ability to identify and engage exceptional passive candidates.
• Experience advising and influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Structured, data-informed approach combined with strong candidate judgment and highly organized execution.
• Fluent German and English are required.
