Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in San Jose, Costa Rica; occasional travel of under 5% and attendance at local hiring events required.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and close across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define requirements and develop sourcing and interview strategies.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and job boards.
• Screen and assess candidates, guide them through the interview process, and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Provide talent market insights, talent mapping, recruiting metrics, and hiring trend data for workforce planning.
• Maintain Greenhouse records, build talent pipelines, coordinate offers, and collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or software environment.
• Experience hiring for Technical Support and/or Sales roles, including technical or specialized positions.
• English and Spanish proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, influencing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
