Salary: $59,700 - $84,300

What you will do

• Provide high-level service to Personal Wealth clients to retain assets and attract new AUM.
• Manage client relationships proactively through phone and email communication.
• Deliver holistic financial planning covering retirement, savings, and education strategies.
• Collaborate with internal planning specialists on complex financial plans.
• Coordinate with operational teams to resolve administrative client issues.
• Discuss market trends, portfolios, and economic conditions with clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Current FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of financial services experience with a track record of relationship building.

Nice to have

• 2-4 years of experience meeting specific performance goals.
• Strong ability to compare suitability of various investment products.
• Excellent operational and organizational skills for multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
