What you will do

• Complete applications for Life Insurance, Health, Annuities, Mutual Funds, and Brokerage, ensuring they are in good order.
• Research and resolve not-in-good-order (NIGO) issues by analyzing processes and collaborating with external partners.
• Navigate over 40 internal systems to process forms and minimize outreach to clients and representatives.
• Facilitate accurate money movement for internal and external products on behalf of advisors.
• Proactively communicate with clients to gather missing information and verify required paperwork.
• Analyze external company statements to ensure accurate data input for financial planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of diverse experience in the financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Brokerage, Investments, Annuity, Life, or Health.
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 certifications (required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire).
• Strong proficiency in navigating multiple complex software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse professional audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by benefits and certification requirements).
