What you will do

• Develop trust-based relationships with senior executives, treasury, HR, and advisors.
• Consult clients on investment performance, diversification, style, and suitability.
• Manage client retention, oversee RFIs/RFPs, and handle contract negotiations and pricing strategy.
• Analyze industry trends to develop strategic plans for plan design and participant engagement.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and cross-sell Voya products and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to execute strategic plans and report on effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 licensing required.
• Strong understanding of corporate and tax-exempt retirement plans and investment background.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 25-40% of the time nationwide.
• Must be based in a major US metro area (Preferred: GA, NC, SC, FL, TX, AZ, CA, CO, MN, IL, IN, IA, WI, MI).
