Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Manage inbound phone and email inquiries to provide ongoing support for clients and advisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and third-party partners to resolve complex client issues.
• Support high-profile fund managers by guiding clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings.
• Train clients on the use of hirify.global's proprietary technology platform.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize user experience by providing constructive feedback for platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-6+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in investor relations or client service for alternative investments.
• Fluent Spanish speaker is required.
• Ability to manage queues during operating hours (8:30am-6pm EST).
• Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese.
