What you will do

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable technology solutions using internal and open-source services.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and user story refinement to deployment.
• Build and maintain multi-threaded, service-oriented Java enterprise applications in a Unix environment.
• Develop robust testing suites, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Identify and integrate new technologies to transform financial business processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create efficient solution designs and maintain production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Two years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, GraphQL, and Kafka.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST, and CI/CD tools like Kubernetes and GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Sybase/Oracle) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
