Salary: $128,000 - $152,000

What you will do

• Lead development of enterprise integration solutions and next-generation software for cloud and on-premise applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities and Claude Code into the team's development workflow.
• Analyze, design, code, and debug enhancements to existing products in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Author technical designs and gather requirements for complex stories, features, and epics.
• Mentor junior teammates and drive implementation of engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure IT control policy adherence.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and a BS in Computer Science.
• Strong Java development skills with a deep understanding of Object Oriented Design and common design patterns.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization/orchestration.
• Proficiency with Relational Databases, SQL, and web services (RESTful/SOAP).
• Experience with Linux/UNIX, Git/SVN, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Must be based in Denver, CO for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B integrations, SCM, MMIS, or ERP development.
• Knowledge of EDI, cryptography, and certificate-based authentication.
• Exposure to Angular UI framework and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Experience with AI PLDC integration and load testing tools.
• Post-graduate degree.
