What you will do

• Lead the industry strategy team, managing operations, P&L, and performance for Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence, and Industry Standards.
• Research and synthesize identity and access management trends into actionable recommendations for executive leadership, product, and marketing teams.
• Own the content strategy for analyst briefings and report submissions, including Gartner MQs and Forrester Waves.
• Establish a world-class Competitive Intelligence program to provide sales enablement tools and market insights.
• Author high-impact thought leadership reports and industry position papers to elevate brand perception.
• Represent the company as a keynote speaker and strategic lead at internal and external events.

Requirements

• Must have 10-17 years of experience in Analyst Relations or Competitive Intelligence within the cybersecurity or IAM space.
• Proven subject matter expertise in identity and access management (IGA, PAM, or Access Management).
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and managing Analyst Relations programs.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with keynote experience.
• Proven ability to write and publish in-depth strategic content for executive audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience as a senior analyst or authoring major industry reports (e.g., Magic Quadrants).
