What you will do
- Develop and implement tailored GTM strategies targeting key Federal System Integrators.
- Build and maintain executive-level partnerships with decision-makers at Fed SIs and federal agencies.
- Navigate federal procurement vehicles, acquisition strategies, and teaming opportunities to secure business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and solutions engineering to deliver integrated sales approaches.
- Monitor federal regulations and compliance mandates like FedRAMP to effectively position security solutions.
- Utilize sales performance analytics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with federal market goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the federal market, specifically with Federal Civilian customers.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected person) per EAR/ITAR requirements.
- Must reside in the contiguous United States.
- Deep expertise in Fed SI relationships, federal contracting processes, and procurement vehicles.
- Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and federal compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Proven track record of executing GTM strategies that result in substantial revenue growth.
