Salary: $148,000–$248,400 USD (plus incentive pay)

What you will do

  • Support and grow strategic prospects and customers across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Build and execute comprehensive account plans aligning agency modernization priorities with technology roadmaps.
  • Lead account direction across pre-sales and post-sales activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Navigate federal procurement cycles and position FedRAMP-authorized solutions for security and compliance.
  • Develop consultative proposals and executive presentations that link technical capabilities to mission outcomes.
  • Educate customers on AI and agentic AI capabilities to drive developer productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must have experience selling technology solutions into U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the federal public sector landscape, procurement vehicles, and agency buying cycles.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software supply chain security.
  • Ability to position FedRAMP-authorized solutions in regulated environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
