Salary: $125,792–$184,494 per year + variable sales compensation.

What you will do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new and expansion business within the assigned territory.
- Execute full end-to-end sales lifecycles for complex cryptographic data security solutions.
- Partner with pre-sales technical consultants to deliver demonstrations and propose tailored security architectures.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers up to the C-level to influence security strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and documentation within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with matrixed team members to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience selling products or services in the IT/Data Security market.
- Must reside within the Pacific North West region of the United States.
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement and managing enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and articulate complex security product portfolios.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
Nice to have
- Experience selling HSMs or cloud-based information security services.
- Formal sales training in solution selling, territory planning, or presentation skills.
- BA or BS Degree.
